Keaton Henson is a 24 year-old artist and songwriter from the suburbs of London. He spends his days alone – at first by chance, and now by choice – writing, recording and drawing from his bedroom.
Henson’s work, which is mainly drawing and sculpture, is a unique mix of the reflective, the melancholic and the humorous, exposing his enormous talent both as a draughtsman and as a visionary. His first major solo exhibition took place at Pertwee Anderson & Gold in Soho in January 2013.
Henson has also released an acclaimed book of illustrations called ‘Gloaming’, published by POCKO, which explores the folklore of english suburbia, and is currently working on a volume of poetry to be released in the coming year.
